US, Canada, & UK customers

For the safety of our artist community, all sales are considered final. We take a lot of care to ensure your items arrive sealed and sterilized, and for this reason, we can not accept returns on used products.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. We will ask you to send us a picture of the items you are wishing to return along with reason. This will help us ensure that our other artists are receiving our tools in perfect condition.


A valid receipt is required. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


If for any reason your Tina Davies order arrives damaged, please visit our DAMAGED SHIPMENTS policy.


To return your product, please reach out on our Contact Us page. If approved you will be provided with return instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Tracking and insurance is advised. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable.


EU customers

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. This is known as the cooling-off period.


How to submit a withdrawal request

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving your order. Your request must include your full name, order number, and the email address used at checkout. No reason is required, but you will need to confirm — and provide photo evidence — that the item is fully sealed and in its original, unopened packaging.


Hygiene exemption — sealed products

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened, where return is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons. Because we sterilize and seal our products to protect the safety of our artist community, the right of withdrawal is lost once the seal is broken on the following products:

  • Pigments

  • Needle cartridges

  • Microblades

  • Numbing creams

  • Aftercare products

  • Sterile kits

  • Machines

  • Pencils

Products eligible for withdrawal (while sealed and unopened)

The following products are eligible for withdrawal, provided they are returned unused and in their original packaging:

  • Color charts

  • Pigment rings

  • Latex practice pads

  • Practice pads

Digital products

Digital products are subject to our Collective+ Refund Policy — refunds are available provided the course content has not been completed. If you have purchased a digital product and have not yet accessed any content, you may also withdraw within 14 days of purchase by contacting us via our Contact Us page.

Time limits

Our standard return window is 30 days from purchase. For EU withdrawal requests, the 14-day cooling-off period runs from the date of delivery. If your item is sealed and unopened and you are within 14 days of delivery, your withdrawal request will be accepted even if 30 days from the original purchase date have passed.


Return shipping

If your withdrawal request is approved, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Tracking and insurance are advised. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
