What should I do if my item(s) are damaged/defective?Updated 2 months ago

A damaged item is considered to be a broken product that is fractured, shattered, bent, crushed or leaking.  Evidence of damage is required in the form of photos for quality control purposes.  Damaged items will be replaced/refunded.  Please reach out on our Contact Us page with the photo of your damaged item as well as your order number.
